Fees for International Students

** Please note: Health insurance is required, but not included in these fees. Upon arrival, students may set up a personal banking account at Wells Fargo Bank.  Incidental costs for students average between 600-1,000 USD and may include special activities, school supplies, personal items, and entertainment funds.

Payment procedures
The $100 non-refundable registration fee must be included with the admission application form. Upon receiving the acceptance letter by email, the family must pay the $2,000 enrollment fee to hold the student’s place in the enrollment. The remaining fee of $23,100 must be paid in full by August 1. Payment is to be made in U.S. currency in the form of a bank draft or a wire transfer. Wire transfer information will be included with acceptance papers. The total fees include a refundable $100 room and/or textbook damage fee.

In the event the student visa is denied, any tuition or residence fees already paid will be refunded. The application fee and enrollment fee are non-refundable. (Exception: Enrollment fee will be refunded with proper evidence showing proof of visa denial.)

Students who enroll in St. Croix Schools are committed to attending school here for a minimum of one academic year. Students who withdraw or transfer before this time will not be granted any refund of fees. If a student is asked by the Administration to withdraw from St. Croix Schools, all tuition fees for the current semester are non-refundable, and all boarding fees for the entire year are non-refundable.

Pay phones are available. Students may arrange mobile phone service or skype on their own.
Evening study period every weeknight; homework assistance upon request.

Wireless Internet connections in all rooms
weekend cultural and recreational activities, include such things as museums and historical sites.
Transportation is regularly provided to shopping malls, theaters and fitness activites.
School Vacations - Residence Closing
The residence will be closed for the two-week vacation at Christmas and the one-week vacation at Spring Break. If the student wishes to have a homestay provided for those vacations, the school will assist in arranging this, and a fee of $200 per week is required of the student. Please note: This amount is not included in the above residence fee. 

Meal plan includes the following:
Beginning with late August arrival; continuing until early June departure.
            Monday through Friday - 3 meals per day 
            Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and some school vacations - late morning brunch and late afternoon dinner
