Brief description of Habits of Mind

Describing the Habits of Mind by Arthur L. Costa

Weeks of August 30 - September 10
Participation is a big factor in Biology and will be averaged into the overall grade - please see the Participation Rubric  to see how you will be graded.

We will be getting to know each other by performing some activities that include leadership qualities and inquiry skills.  The students will learn basic procedures of the classroom and will be introduced to the Scientific Method.
