| Performing & Fine Arts at St. CroixStudents at St. Croix have many opportunities to learn and improve their performance skills in theater productions, musical recitals and concerts, as well as competition speech team and one-act play. Classes in visual Arts prepare students to participate in Tri Metro Conference Fine Arts Day, juried exhibits at area colleges as well as St. Croix's May exhibit, and assist with graphic arts design for school programs and publications.
Twenty-one music students and four art students were selected by the 2012 Tri-Metro All-Conference Planning Committee to represent St. Croix Lutheran at the 2012 All-Conference Fine Arts Festival.
The students were selected to perform in one of the following groups: Honors Orchestra, Honors Band, and Honors Choir. The festival will be held on Monday, January 30, 2012, at St. Anthony Village High School. The students will rehearse all day with well-respected clinicians and then perform a public concert at 7pm.
