Twin Cities Fine Arts Festival
Welcome to the Twin Cities Fine Arts Festival pages. The Fine Arts Festival draws visual artists and musicians from the Twin Cities area Lutheran elementary schools and middle schools. It is hosted in alternating years by St. Croix Lutheran and West Lutheran high schools. It will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2012, at West Lutheran, Plymouth, MN.
